Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Fees

In some promotional periods, we may offer Free Shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Packages returned due to address errors

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.
If a package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us.
We will assist you in tracking the order or arranging a replacement when applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Shipping fees do not include customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
These charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivered but Not Received
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors or your mailbox room
- Contact your local postal office
- Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers scan early)
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us — we’ll do our best to help, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
