Return Window

To qualify for a return, items must:

Return Shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undeliverable return packages.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Items not in original condition
• Items returned after the 30-day window
• Missing parts or packaging


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description

We will replace the item at no additional cost.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be cancelled.
